About me. I like what I do.
I take therapy and technique seriously. I try to create a fixed point to steer by, and also,
a safe place with support.
Should you choose to,
there can be times when we explore your life and past problems lived through, as appropriate,
or
stay focused on one specific problem, work towards a set goal, and then stop.

You get honest responses, honest guidance and grounded therapy technique from me.
My caseload stays set low, (I have learned over the years), a caseload size where
I can give the considered thoughtful response you deserve.
Also, I make a point to have a life outside the therapy office.
For my own health and mental health, I practice simple things:
ongoing case consultation,
regular daily centering,
and contact with friends and family, staying connected, as we are able.
Nerdy, wonky, humor and dad jokes, art, tinkering, reading, curious about life
My wife and I enjoy caring for our two aging dogs, I take long walks every day,
(Walking my intentional meditation, see below) and
I am a life-long long distance swimmer for cardio and stress relief.
Your call.
(Easiest): Start the process to set up first session,
or
Schedule a free 15 minute introduction. Or call, and leave a voice mail
(I try to keep a few open spots for urgent first appointments.)
Thanks. Brian
